Is this meant to be a replacement for Virgin Pulse?

The Regions Healthy Challenge is not a replacement for the Virgin Pulse activity program.  Regions Healthy Challenge is another wellness program which focuses more on overall wellbeing and personal goals than physical activity alone.  Regions Healthy Challenge is an option to help associates set goals for healthier living and to form healthy daily habits.  The challenge runs for a two-month period, which we hope to run again if associates find it engaging and successful.

How can I encourage coworkers to participate?

Here are a few ideas to help spur team participation:

    • Host a healthy pot luck
    • Plan a Healthy Selfie contest of your own
    • Take group walks during break or lunch
    • Coordinate a healthy recipe swap
    • Sign up to walk a 5k charity event together as a team
    • Organize a “best healthy dish” contest
    • Invite a guest speaker on a health topic that interests the team
