The Regions Healthy Challenge is not a replacement for the Virgin Pulse activity program. Regions Healthy Challenge is another wellness program which focuses more on overall wellbeing and personal goals than physical activity alone. Regions Healthy Challenge is an option to help associates set goals for healthier living and to form healthy daily habits. The challenge runs for a two-month period, which we hope to run again if associates find it engaging and successful.
The Regions Healthy Challenge mobile app is available for free in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
